Welcome to extinct amphibian facts for kids! Did you know that Amphibians are able to live both on land and in the water?
Amphibians are cold blooded, which means their body temperature always stays the same temperature as their environment. Many amphibians are born with gills and can breath underwater, but later develop lungs as they grow into adulthood and breath air.
There are many interesting types of extinct amphibians (Amphibious animals). Some of these amphibians we know are extinct, and some amphibians have disappeared and may be found in the future. Other amphibians face extinction unless something is done to increase their population.
